When you use PicFlow, we collect the following types of information:

  • Product images you upload - Processed solely for background removal, scene generation, and platform resizing. Images are transmitted to our AI service providers for processing and are not stored permanently after processing completes.
  • Account information - If you create an account, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Usage data - Standard analytics including page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve our service.
  • Cookies - Essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the PicFlow service (background removal, scene generation, platform resizing)
  • To process payments through Lemon Squeezy
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To improve our AI models and service quality (anonymized, aggregated data only)
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Processing & Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate PicFlow:

  • Lemon Squeezy - Payment processing (Merchant of Record). View their privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
  • AI Service Providers - Your uploaded images are transmitted to AI API providers for processing. Images are sent securely and are not stored by these providers beyond the processing window.
  • Hosting Infrastructure - Our servers process and temporarily cache images during the workflow.

4. Data Retention

  • Uploaded images - Processed and deleted within 24 hours of upload. Generated results are available for download immediately after processing.
  • Account data - Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Payment records - Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access - Request a copy of your personal data
  • Deletion - Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Correction - Update inaccurate personal information
  • Portability - Receive your data in a structured format
  • Objection - Object to certain types of processing
